Baldy sand dune, and shoreline/pier fishing), plus short trips to Silver Lake for jet-ski and dune buggy fun, Lewis Adventure Zoo, the West Coast trail of wineries, horseback riding and charter fishing, nine golf courses, and Ludington’s renowned State Park and Lighthouse.

The keyless entry reveals this cottage’s delightful blend of woodsy charm and modern touches. The living room provides all-new furnishings, a Smart TV and DVD, and an easy-start fireplace. Adjacent is an open kitchen with all-new, soft-close cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, and a convenient coffee station.

A queen-sized bedroom and full bathroom with shower on the first floor, a full-sized bedroom on the 2nd floor, loft with two additional twin beds, newly-installed, stacked washer and dryer within the bathroom, and an assortment of books and family games complete the cottage inside. Linens and towels are provided. No pets allowed.

Outside, you’ll find a new gas grill, parking for up to three vehicles, a deck under string lights, yard space for your family games, and a firepit under Michigan’s wonderful, starry night sky.

During the summer months of June, July and August, this property rents for a minimum of seven nights, Saturday to Saturday. Up through Memorial Day weekend, during Labor Day weekend and beyond, it may be available for a minimum three night reservation.

This property rents Saturday to Saturday, check in after 4:00 p.m., check out no later than 10:00 a.m. Weekly rent of $1,987.50 includes clean and MI Use Tax. Up through Memorial Day weekend, during Labor Day weekend and beyond, it may be available for a minimum three night reservation. Fifty percent (50%) due to secure your week, the remaining fifty percent (50%) and a separate check for the $500.00 refundable damage deposit due 30 days before check in.
