Welcome to Watercress lakefront cottage on the South side of beautiful Pentwater Lake. This lovely home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, another a queen-size bed, and there are 4 more twin beds also. The Master and one other bedroom are on the main floor. Fun game room in lower level.
This home boasts Wi-Fi with cable, TV and a DVD player, air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer, stove/oven, microwave, beach chairs, fire pit, vacuum. High-quality workmanship, furniture, and fixtures throughout. All linens, towels, pillows, blankets, and mattress pads are provided. You may utilize the 8,000-pound boat lift and the 2 waverunner docks. There is a maximum of 10 people and parking for 5 vehicles. No pets! No fireworks!
We rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and checkout is before 10:00 a.m. The weekly rate is $5,783.30, which includes rent, cleaning, and 6% Michigan use tax. To hold your reservation, we need half down and a signed contract from our home page. 30 days before check-in we need the rent balance and a separate check for the refundable damage deposit of $750.00.
