This 3-bedroom, 1-bath cottage has it all! Enjoy stunning views of Silver Lake and the majestic Silver Lake Sand Dunes from your front door. Additionally, all of the Silver Lake attractions are less than a mile away. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed; one bedroom with a queen and one with twin beds each; and a comfortable full-size pull-out couch in the living room. Enjoy your private lakefront with a small dock and mooring for your watercraft in front of the dock. We have Wi-Fi, TV and a DVD. Washer and dryer are included. Note: no parking in the back yard due to new septic system.
The weekly rental rate is $1,881.50 which includes rent, cleaning, and a 6% Michigan use tax. This cottage rents Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is before 10:00. We also need a separate check for the refundable $500 damage deposit. To book we need half down and a signed contract you can download from our home page. 30 days before check in we need the balance of rent plus a separate check for the damage deposit. Owner supplies blanket, pillows and mattress pads. Renters provide linens and towels.
