Just 1/2 block from private Silver Lake Sandy Beach, Association pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and all the Silver Lake attractions close by. This is a newer cottage, fully furnished with A/C, grill, and firepit. Main floor bedroom has full-size bed, two bedrooms up each have a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Rents Saturday to Saturday for $1,855.00 per week, which includes rent, cleaning, and a 6% Michigan use tax. We also need a separate check for the $500 refundable damage deposit. To book we need half of the rent down along with a signed contract you can download from our home page. 30 days before check in we need the rent balance and a separate check for the damage deposit. Owners supply pillows, blankets and mattress pads. Renters supply linens and towels.
Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is promptly before 10:00.
