Newer 3-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage in Floradale Resort at Silver Lake. Just 1/2 block from private lakefront, pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and all the Silver Lake attractions close by. This is a newer cottage, fully furnished with A/C, grill, and firepit. Main floor bedroom has full-size bed, two bedrooms up each have a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Now taking reservations. Rents Saturday to Saturday for $1,510.50 per week, which includes rent, cleaning, and a 6% Michigan use tax. We also need a separate check for the $500 refundable damage deposit. To book we need half of the rent down ($755.25) along with a signed contract you can download from our home page. 30 days before check in we need the rent balance and a separate check for the damage deposit. Owners supply pillows, blankets and mattress pads. Renters supply linens and towels.
Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is promptly before 10:00.
