This second floor unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is in the heart of all the great shops and restaurants, directly across from the Pentwater Village Green gazebo. Located a short walking distance from Charles Mears State Park, which is on the beautiful white sandy beach of Lake Michigan. The bedrooms have one king, 2 queens, two twins and there are two sofa beds for kids (comfortably sleeping 8); two full bathrooms; a formal living room with gas fireplace; dining room and large family room. You can grill on the expansive back upper deck, suntan or just get away from it all! This unit comes equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, washer/dryer, TV and WIFI internet access. There is private parking for one vehicle out back and public parking right out the front door. Plenty of rentals for kayaks, bikes, wave runners, pontoon and ski boats are available in town.
Standard weekly rate is $2,146.50 which includes rent, cleaning fee and a 6% Michigan use tax. We will need a separate check for the $500 refundable security deposit. To book we need half of the rent down plus a signed rental agreement you can download from our home page. 30 days before check in we need the balance of the rent plus the separate check for the damage deposit.
Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. We rent from Saturday to Saturday.
