Relax on the lakeside deck and enjoy the wonderful view of the Sand Dunes from this three-bedroom, two-bath cottage which consists of Master with queen, second bedroom with queen, third bedroom with one full, one twin. Queen sleeper sofa couch.

There is a mooring ball out front for your boat and the use of a new aluminum dock.

Have a blast with all the water sports and the downtown entertainment such as go-carts, zip-line, etc. You can rent just about any kind of boat of watercraft. The amenities include washer/dryer, the master bathroom has a shower and the main bathroom has a tub. Enjoy the fire pit for nighttime stories.

There is a gas grill, microwave, crock-pot, coffee maker, and all cooking utensils provided. New Smart TV, internet, and Wi-Fi. There is plenty of parking for ATVs or boat trailers.

The weekly rent is $2,411.50 which includes cleaning and 6% Michigan use tax. To hold your reservation, we require half down and a signed rental contract that you can download from our website. We rent Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is before 10:00. Owners supply limited blankets, pillows and mattress pads. Renters supply linens and towels.

Thirty (30) days before check-in, the remaining balance of rent and a separate check for the $500 refundable damage deposit is required. Sorry, no pets! Please read the property information sheet linked below for more items furnished with cottage.
