Historic, quaint family owned cottage with 150 feet of private frontage on Bass Lake, sitting on over an acre of wooded property. Built in 1906 and lovingly cared for and upgraded by the original family. Two small bedrooms on the main floor, one queen bed, one full bed and a full bathroom are on the main floor; upstairs loft sleeping for four with a bunk bed and two twins, half wall. Maximum eight renters. Kitchen has new stainless appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher and range. The screened porch surrounds two sides of the cottage. Outdoor shower, fire pit and gas grill. Bass Lake is perfect for kayaking, boating and swimming. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys are provided.

Also, Bass Lake Association has a private Owner’s beach on beautiful, clean, sandy Lake Michigan, just a short drive or walk from the cottage.

Renters must provide their own sheets and towels. Owner provides pillows, mattress pads, blankets and spreads.

Pets allowed for an additional $100.

The lovely village of Pentwater is just a few miles drive South for restaurants, groceries and shopping. Ludington, a 20 minute drive North, offers big box stores with more restaurants and shops.

This property rents Saturday to Saturday, check in after 4:00 p.m., check out no later than 10:00 a.m. Weekly rent of $2,120 includes clean and MI Use Tax. Additional $100 required for pets. $1,060.00 due to secure your week, the remaining $1,060.00 (plus pet fee) and a separate check for the $800.00 refundable damage deposit due 30 days before check in. A premium of $100.00 is required for the week including 4^th of July.
