Silver Lake frontage! Three bedrooms, 1 full bath. Beautiful lakefront location with private frontage. Main floor offers an open living room/kitchen with seating for 6.

2 bedrooms on main level with a queen-size beds, dresser and large closet, and a full bath. Fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, newer stove, and refrigerator.

Lower walk-out level has a large family room and third bedroom with twin beds. Sliders out to beach area with fire pit. Large deck on upper level with gas grill. This cottage is exceptionally clean and well maintained. NOW WITH CENTRAL AIR and WI-FI!

There is a large shed for bikes, yard toys, etc. Cable TV and DVD player. Close to Silver Lake and the dune entrance. Sheets Needed: 2 sets queen, 2 sets twin. Weekly rate is $1,643.00, which includes rent, cleaning, and a 6% Michigan use tax. We also need a separate check for $300.00 for the refundable damage deposit. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is before 10:00 a.m.

To book we need half of the rent down and a signed contract you can download from our home page. 30 days before check in we need the rent balance and the separate check for the damage deposit. Owners supply pillows, blankets and mattress pads. Renters supply linens and towels.
