lower level bedroom #4 with pullout queen sofa bed. Sleeps 10.

Large spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen. Great views and access to Pentwater
Lake and its Big Bayou. High quality furnishings, appliances, utensils, linens and towels.

Outdoor shower. 72 steps down from outdoor deck to Pentwater Lake. Boat dock and jet skis’
dock available. Kayaks available for your use. Access to Lake Michigan via Pentwater Channel.

10 minute drive to Pentwater Village for restaurants, shopping and Mears State Park’s white sandy beach.

Pentwater Oasis rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum during summer months. Check in after
4:00, check out by 10:00. 3 night stays may be available before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
Month long rental during off-season may be available.

$5,353.00/week includes rent, clean and MI Use Tax. 50% due and signed Contract to secure your week; remaining balance and $1,000.00 refundable damage deposit due 30 days before check in.
