Access to all Floridale Association amenities: in-ground pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and horse shoe pits. Attached pergola provides extended living outdoors. Silver Lake and Dunes views from deck.

1.1 miles from town of Silver Lake. 2 miles to entrance of Silver Lake State Park. Sun and Sand rents Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum. Shorter stays available before Memorial Day, after Labor Day. Check in after 4:00, check out by 10:00.

$2,252.50/week includes rent, clean and MI Use Tax. 50% due and signed Contract to secure your week, remaining balance and $500.00 refundable damage deposit due 30 days before check in.
