This coveted (Gold Coast) location of Silver Lake on North Shore Drive includes the main house with sleeping for 6, roomy kitchen, dining, living and sun room. Only a few steps from the main house is the guest cottage with sleeping for 2. Linens and towels are provided. Air conditioning in guest cottage only, no A/C in main house.

Very large yard includes fire pit, outdoor seating and picnic table, gas grill and plenty of room for games. Private Silver Lake access includes 10 foot dock and two kayaks. Parking for 4 cars and, in back, 2 haul trailers.

Property rents Saturday to Saturday, seven night minimum, weekly fee of $2,491.00 and a $500.00 refundable damage deposit. A 50% deposit and completed Contract is due to secure the week with the remaining 50% and damage deposit due 30 days before check in.

3 nights rental available Memorial weekend thru mid June and Labor Day weekend thru September.
