Welcome to this charming, neat mobile home near Silver Lake State Park and ORV sand dune entrance. This property features 2 bedrooms with a queen and full bed. Enjoy the amenities such as A/C, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer during your stay. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Large deck with large gas grill for spending time outside with family and friends. There is a circle drive for your toy hauler and boat trailer.

Property rents Saturday to Saturday, seven night minimum, weekly fee of $1,431.00 and a $500.00 refundable damage deposit. A 50% deposit and completed Contract is due to secure the week with the remaining 5% and damage deposit due 30 days before check in.

5 minute walk to Silver Lake Sand Dunes State Park beach, ice cream, groceries and boat launch. 10 minute walk to downtown Silver Lake. Less than 3 miles to ORV sand dune entrance.
