“Hyatt House” in Pentwater

Welcome to the Hyatt House at 196 Plymouth St. Very conveniently located between Charles Mears Park on Lake Michigan and downtown Pentwater. It’s an easy walk to the sandy beach.

Amenities include: Cable TV, Wi-Fi, fans, gas grill, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, beach chairs, vacuum, and all cooking utensils.

This cottage boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The favorite gathering point is the large screened-in porch or around the firepit outside. There’s plenty of parking and room to sleep up to 9 people.

Owner provides mattress pads, pillows and blankets. Renters provide linens and towels.
Please no pets or fireworks!

In July and August, we rent by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $1,961.00, which includes rent, cleaning, and tax. A separate check for the $500 refundable damage deposit is also needed.

In June and September, we allow a 3-day minimum at a rate of $250.00 per night plus cleaning and tax.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is promptly before 10:00 AM.

Owner has not decided on renting for the 2020 season. Will be updating soon.
