The Gunn Cottage is located in Pentwater’s Garrison Park Beach, which overlooks a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. From this wooded hilltop along the beach, you can take the kind of vacation you and your family deserve. From relaxing on a pristine private beach, to swimming and body surfing in the lake’s clear waters, to walking along the shoreline to Pentwater Pier or hiking in the woods.The Cottage in the Hills will provide you with the comfort of home as you reconnect with family and friends. And as the sun sinks into the lake, the Cottage in the Hills provides amenities for a relaxing evening after an energetic day: a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable living room, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, full bathrooms on the first and second floor, and four bedrooms each with a balcony overlooking the lake.

The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a private bath, a private deck, and a new king bed. Bedroom #2 has two new queen beds; bedroom#3 has two full beds; and bedroom #4 has one full and one twin. Linens and towels are provided. This property boasts over 2,600 square feet of living area, including a den that can be converted into an additional sleeping area, a main floor laundry room, and a huge deck that overlooks the lake. Private stairs lead down to the beach.
The weekly rent is $3,525.00, which includes linens, towels, cleaning, and a 6% Michigan Use Tax. NO PETS-NO SMOKING! A separate check for $750 is required as a refundable damage/security deposit. Accommodations can occasionally be made for less than seven days–please call 616-292-4169 for rates and availability. May and September rates are $2,650.00 per week.
